Because our Elizabeth nursing necklace has organic wooden beads, you need to be a little more careful. Getting the wood excessively wet can make it rough. However, wood and food-grade silicone are antimicrobial so you can spot clean it with a damp cloth and a little soap. Do not submerge your breastfeeding necklace into water or allow it to be wet for long periods.

How do I take care of an Elizabeth Teething Necklace?

Other than spot cleaning it when needed, there is not much to do. Clean your nursing necklace as described above. If the wood becomes dull over time, apply a 1-1 mixture of beeswax and a food-grade-oil to them. Allow it to soak into your wooden beads, then wipe it off.

We ship via standard shipping in the USA, which takes about 3-7 business day. All orders are shipped via Amazon fulfillment, and they use USPS and UPS predominantly.
