How To Make Gender Reveal Cupcakes

Easy Gender Reveal Cupcakes

• Bake cupcakes using your favorite cupcake recipe.
• Prepare pink or blue frosting, or use pink or blue sprinkles. (This will go into the cavity of the cupcake.)
• Prepare vanilla frosting. (This will go on the top of your cupcakes.)
• Once your cupcakes are cooled down, scoop out about half an inch of the cupcake out of the center. Reserve it.

• Scoop a bit of the pink or blue frosting into the cavity of each cupcake. Replace the scooped out cupcake on top of each cupcake.

  

• Frost the top of the cupcake like you would a regular cupcake.
• When your guests take a bite of the cupcake, they will quickly see the pink or blue frosting that reveals the new baby’s gender.

Even Easier Gender Reveal Cupcakes

Option 1

• Bake cupcakes using your favorite cupcake recipe.
• Prepare a batch of vanilla frosting and split it into two batches. Add a few drops of pink coloring to one batch, and blue coloring to the other batch for create pink and blue frosting.
• Decorate your gender reveal cupcakes with the pink and blue frosting.

Option 2

• Bake cupcakes using your favorite cupcake recipe.
• Prepare a batch of vanilla frosting.
• Decorate the cupcakes as normal.
• Add cupcake gender reveal cupcake toppers onto each cupcake.

Option 3

• Using your favorite cupcake recipe, bake a batch of cupcakes.
• Prepare a batch of vanilla frosting.
• Add cupcake toppers that compliment your gender reveal theme, for example heels or wheels, buck or doe gender reveal, staches or lashes, baseball or bows, etc, or

Option 4

• Bake a batch of your favorite cupcakes.
• Prepare a batch of vanilla frosting.
• Place frosted cupcakes into cupcake wrappers, and/or;
• Sprinkle your cupcakes with pink and blue sprinkles.
